Job description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior leadership. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing executive productivity by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling a wide range of administrative and personal tasks with discretion and efficiency. This is a fully remote position requiring strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling with precision
- Coordinate meetings, virtual conferences, and travel arrangements (domestic and international)
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing documents, and meeting materials
- Organize and maintain confidential records, files, and documentation
- Assist with personal errands, special projects, and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners professionally
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all responsibilities
What We're Looking For
- 3--6+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
- Basic knowledge of expense tracking or bookkeeping
- Experience managing complex calendars across multiple time zones
- Prior experience in a remote or global organization
