Product Designer

We are seeking a creative and user-focused Product Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital products that align with business goals and user needs. This role requires a strong balance of UX/UI design expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and user insights
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all product touchpoints
  • Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design and accessibility standards
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Must be currently residing in the United States
  • Valid U.S. work authorization (citizen, permanent resident, or authorized work permit holder)
  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work and problem-solving process
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
  • Experience with prototyping and interaction design
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile or product-driven environments
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Background in user research and data-driven design

Work Environment

  • Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options
