The demand for Software as a Service (SaaS) is on the rise, and Sage's sales team is at the forefront of this growth.

We're seeking BDR leaders to mentor the next generation of Business Development Representatives. As an BDR Manager, you'll support and develop a team of 7-8 professionals, creating growth opportunities for both them and yourself.

This hybrid position requires commuting to the Atlanta (Ponce City Market) office 3 days per week

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, coach, and mentor team of Outbound Business Development Professionals focused on new customer acquisition.
  • Prioritize coaching by leading engaging and effective training sessions through live coaching, one-on-one call review, role play and group call review.
  • Partner with sales management, marketing, and other business partners to develop and execute vertical outbound campaigns into targeted prospects driving opportunity growth.
  • Provide weekly reporting on Outbound strategy motion (ABX, AE/BDR Collab) conversion to qualified prospects, sales opportunities. Great attention to details is required
  • Proactively support your sales team in achieving sales goals through efficiency and productivity improvements
  • Continuously evaluate results making data-driven decisions to achieve sales goals.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sage Intacct products and technologies, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Create a motivating sales environment for your BDR team through learning and fun incentives.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Four or more years of experience in B2B telemarketing, sales development or inside sales management, preferably in business applications, with a consistent track record of over-achievement of quota.
  • Proven ability to develop a prospect pipeline via high volume outbound prospecting and engagement of C-Level Executives.
  • Advanced knowledge of salesforce.com, Outreach and reporting.
  • High business acumen, analytical skills and understanding of sales pipeline is a must.
  • Proven ability to effectively hire and train, coach new representatives.
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship building skills and overall comprehension of sales cycles.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Financial Applications or complimentary solutions preferred.
