Job summary
Work model
Sage Intacct is a strategic growth priority for Sage, and our Revenue Operations team plays a critical role in accelerating that growth by improving execution, increasing predictability, and removing friction across the customer journey. As the business continues to scale in the U.S., we're expanding our RevOps organization to support our multi-channel go-to-market strategy.
As the RevOps Business Partner for Direct NCA, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of Direct NCA Sales and the VP of Solution Consulting. You'll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Product, Enablement, Data, and Systems to translate strategic priorities into scalable operating plans, align cross-functional stakeholders, and drive operational excellence.
Success in this role requires the ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on—using data, insights, and operational rigor to solve complex business challenges and enable growth. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue, headcount, capacity, and quota modeling for budget and forecast cycles, partnering with GTM leadership and finance to ensure assumptions, targets, and investment decisions are aligned.
- Serve as a key player in developing and implementing both in-house AI tools (built in conjunction with our data team), and selecting external vendors.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes to streamline the buyer journey, reduce friction and increase conversion rates.
- Oversee the management and optimization of sales tech stack (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms, analytics tools).
- Work closely with marketing, customer success, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment across all revenue-generating activities and initiatives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive RevOps strategy that supports our Direct NCA GTM motion and aligns with the overall business objectives.
- Support sales leadership in designing and administering incentive compensation plans that drive desired sales behaviors and outcomes.

- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with senior leaders in sales, marketing, customer success, and finance.
