About the Role
Salvo Health is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist to join our care team. You will work directly with patients, providing personalized nutrition and wellness counseling to alleviate symptoms and enhance their quality of life. What You Will Do
- Deliver exceptional care focused on lifestyle change management (nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, behavioral change) using evidence-based counseling.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including fellow registered dietitians, licensed nurses, LCSWs, medical assistants, and gastroenterologists.
- Support patients through both synchronous and asynchronous care, employing motivational interviewing techniques to drive behavioral change.
- Adhere to established clinical protocols and evidence-based practice guidelines.
Requirements
- Licensed RD/RDN in Washington state.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RD/RDN.
- Working knowledge of nutritional approaches for GI conditions (IBS, IBD, SIBO) is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus.
- Experience with asynchronous patient communication is preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for helping clients achieve behavior change and manage chronic disease through health goal setting.
- Willingness to exceed standard responsibilities to provide optimal patient care.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.

Compensation
$72,000 - $75,000 per year
