Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive with a technical background to support the sales team in handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and administrative support to the sales team.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate with customers regarding product information.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and execution.
  • Maintain customer records, sales reports, and other documentation.
  • Assist in follow-ups with customers for quotations, orders, and payments.
  • Support the sales team in achieving business objectives through effective coordination.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure prompt resolution in coordination with technical teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and generate periodic reports.
  • Perform other sales support and coordination activities as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma (Polytechnic) or Bachelor's Degree in: Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunication Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Support, Technical Support, Inside Sales, or Customer Support is preferred.
  • Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and good communication skills may also be considered.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Technical understanding of electrical/electronics products or solutions.
  • Experience in preparing quotations and coordinating with customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP software will be an added advantage.
