Job Summary

The Business Analyst manages business requirements for small and medium projects, or participates as part of a team on large or complex projects for a business function. You will work independently with minimal direction on day-to-day tasks, determining your own methods and approaches while following established, standard processes and managing your own work priorities and timelines.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze objectives, underlying issues, and the business case, facilitating scoping and business prioritization. This role involves investigating business needs, problems, and opportunities through stakeholder consultation. You will own and manage functional and non-functional business requirements, ensuring traceability across stakeholders. Additionally, you will analyze requirements for fitness of purpose and adherence to business objectives and consistency, providing positive challenges as appropriate. You will also provide input to test analysts regarding requirements to be covered in test cases, particularly non-functional ones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in computer science, business, or a related field.
