Purpose and Objective

SAP America, Inc. seeks a professional to engage with prominent cloud customers and partners. You will provide support to the delivery ecosystem with technical and implementation expertise, knowledge enablement, implementation coaching, guidance, and feedback.

Expectations and Tasks

  • Accompany cloud customers and partners with their implementation projects from launch until go-live to contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP cloud products and services.
  • Pro-actively anticipate the needs and requirements of customers and partners and recommend improvements to internal stakeholders for future releases.
  • Explore new and upcoming SAP cloud solutions and scenarios, anticipating any need for engagement and support in upcoming implementation projects.
  • Foster a collaborative learning culture of enablement and development for more junior team members.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and sales.

Education and Occupational Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field + 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field + 4 years of experience.

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies

Experience must involve 4 years in:

  • Overseeing critical business down situations and escalations for worldwide customers by delivering remote/onsite services.
  • Analyzing memory allocation, identifying and reducing CPU bottlenecks in SAP ABAP systems, ABAP program performance tuning and code optimization, and SQL queries optimization for Oracle and DB6 databases (or similar).
  • SAP CRM and ICP tools.
  • Overseeing client/customer engagements in sales/pre-sales, consulting, hosting, or digital business services support environments.
  • Identifying and collecting recurring customer experience pain points and driving them to solutions.

Experience must involve 2 years in:

  • IaaS offerings and architectural layers.

Compensation Range Transparency

The annual base salary range is $125,611 - $180,576. The targeted combined range (base + variable) is $125,611 - $205,200. The actual offer will depend on education, skills, experience, scope, and location.
