Purpose and Objective
SAP America, Inc. seeks an IT Technology Services Senior Specialist at our Newtown Square, PA location to be responsible for the delivery and operation of SAP's Compliance, Controlling, Core Finance, Cash Collections and Revenue Accounting business applications.
Expectations and Tasks
- Collaborate and support the adoption of SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable) to end users and prioritize user stories and deliverables.
- Help the Product team deliver out of the execution backlog, on aspects like architecture, development, configuration, quality assurance, testing and UI (User Interface) design.
- Responsible for all dimensions of Product Ownership including delivery, operations, innovation, maintaining product roadmap.
- Drive continuous improvements with focus on quality, stability, usability, maintainability, and ultimate customer satisfaction.
- Apply agile software delivery process and the industry-standard toolset for DevOps implementation.
- Responsible for communication of customer requirements to the agile team through a prioritized Team's backlog (e.g. Product backlog, Team execution backlog).
- Communicate with stakeholder, customer, end users, and understand requirements related to Cash collections processes and translate to content.
- Track progress and ensure delivery/release of the product features based on agile team capacity.
- Resolve complex issues in own specialist area (e.g. cross-functional or cross-country projects).
- Apply object-oriented programming and ABAP programming knowledge to work with developers in getting cash collections requirements implemented.
- Apply knowledge of Cash collections processes (accounts receivables) and SAP Financial modules to deliver integrated end to end solution.
- Configure, test and maintain the cash collections processes and applications.
Education and Occupational Experience
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience
Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:
- Lead and drive value propositions to the customer leveraging SAP's solutions and delivery methodology;
- SAP FI-CA (Financial Contract Accounting) and other SAP Finance (FI) modules including SAP FS-CD (Collections and Disbursements);
- Design and develop systems, applications, products, and services for business processes automation and optimization;
- Deliver SAP Finance solutions and facilitate Finance Transformations;
- Plan and execute SAP Integration Projects, Requirement Gathering, Configuration, Testing, and Post Go Live support including SAP FI and FI-CA;
- Conduct end user training for SAP processes; and
- Development, maintenance, and production support of SAP projects.

Compensation Range Transparency
The annual base salary range for this position is $125,611 - $200,200. The targeted combined range for this position is $133,700 - $227,500. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc.
