Purpose and Objective
SAP Labs, LLC seeks a professional to be responsible for the business, market, and revenue success of the solution, ensuring successful market adoption.
Expectations and Tasks
- Stay connected to customers, customer councils, end users, and the SAP ecosystem to ensure a fundamental outside-in orientation.
- Identify and support relationships with customers and prospects.
- Contribute to the efficiency, effectiveness, and improvement of processes used.
- Monitor and analyze technology and industry trends, market research data, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and drive the creation of strategy for a solution and define market requirements for the solution roadmap.
- Build business cases to implement solution strategy and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Manage the public roadmap for solution updates and releases in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality solutions, validation, and acceptance of planned scope.
- Contribute to go-to-market and monetization plans, including partner and channel options.
- Review solution success and analyze customer insights.
- Support solution launch, rollout, and field/partner enablement.
- Develop storyboards for sales demos, create rollout materials (collaterals, references, success stories), and train key multipliers.
- Actively participate in customer communities and support strategic deals.
Education and Occupational Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, plus six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- Alternatively, a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in the same fields, plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies
Experience must involve two (2) years in the following:
- Product and domain knowledge in SAP Intelligent Asset Management & Service portfolio (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Service and Asset Manager, SAP Field Service Management, SAP Spatial Asset Management, and SAP Asset Performance Management).
- Technical application and BTP Cloud configuration knowledge of SAP Service and Asset Manager.
- Master data modelling for SAP Intelligent Asset Management solutions, including integrated processes.
- Presentation skills, including executive presentation, solutions overviews, and product demonstrations.
- Knowledge of market requirements for asset management and mobile applications in asset-intensive industries (Oil and Gas, Utilities, Process and Discreet Manufacturing, or Rail).
- Knowledge of software sales processes and creation of quality content to support sales, customer enablement, and business development.
- Knowledge of the competition for SAP intelligent asset management solutions, including mobile maintenance and service competitors.
Travel
Position requires up to 20% of domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites.

Compensation Range Transparency
The annual base salary range for this position is $163,871 - $211,992. The targeted combined range (base salary and variable incentive) is $163,871 - $240,900. The actual amount offered will be dependent on education, skills, experience, scope of the role, and location.
