Corporate Paralegal (Remote)

This is a fully remote position based within the United States for a rapidly growing, mission-driven Am Law firm client.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This Corporate Paralegal role supports a dynamic legal and compliance team with a focus on corporate governance, regulatory filings, and contract administration. The position plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation across a national organization. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, including tracking deadlines, renewals, and compliance
  • Support regulatory filings and interface with agencies, including state-level compliance requirements
  • Prepare and manage corporate governance documents and entity registrations
  • Conduct due diligence and support legal research and special projects
  • Maintain organized documentation systems and manage contract and compliance records
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align legal, operational, and business needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of experience in a corporate paralegal or legal operations role within a law firm or corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with document management systems, e-signature tools, and productivity software
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This position offers a competitive base salary range of $100,000--$130,000, plus bonus potential and a strong benefits package.
