About the Role
Are you looking for a low-stress, part-time remote gig with zero cold calling and zero high-pressure sales?
We are a growing real estate investment company seeking a friendly, well-spoken professional to connect with our past clients. Because these are individuals we have already successfully done business with, this is a purely warm, positive outreach campaign focused on customer appreciation and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Warm Client Outreach: Call past clients from a curated, warm list provided by us.
- Review Generation: Thank clients for their previous business and invite them to share their experience on Google and the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
- Deliver Incentives: Offer and coordinate a $50 gift card as a thank-you for their time.
- Data Tracking: Accurately log call outcomes, notes, and client responses in our system.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent Phone Etiquette: You are warm, clear, professional, and natural at holding a friendly conversation.
- Reliable & Self-Managed: Since this role is fully remote, you must be disciplined, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Organized Tracker: Detail-oriented enough to meticulously track who you've spoken with and their responses.
- Setup: A quiet workspace, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and a computer.
