Role Overview

The Provider Partnership Team Lead supports corporate strategies by combining business knowledge with technical expertise to drive data-informed decision-making.

Work Arrangement

  • Remote: This role is fully remote, and the associate must be able to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
  • Connectivity: Must have reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
  • Reimbursement: Internet reimbursement may be available where required by applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver data-driven solutions, including reports, datasets, and analytics across key business areas.
  • Translate business requirements into both ad hoc and recurring reporting solutions.
  • Review and validate work produced by Analysts and Senior Analysts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure the integrity and reliability of source data and reporting outputs.
  • Analyze results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support strategic initiatives by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business needs and operational improvements.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to analysts to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, Information Science, or related field required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in data reporting or analytics within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of medical claims (inpatient and outpatient) and billing processes.
  • Experience with provider network operations preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency with data and reporting tools such as SQL, SAS, or Microsoft Access.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into business recommendations.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and validation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide and mentor team members.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
