Responsibilities

  • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date.
  • Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via a variety of customer service tasks, such as appointment booking, and responding to inquiries regarding billing, coverage, eligibility, and insurance policies.
  • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims.
  • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business.
  • Answer the phone when the client calls you.
  • Part-time or full-time options available.
  • Remote / work from home.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous health insurance or life insurance experience is a plus.
  • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus.
  • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued.
  • Must reside in the USA.
  • Must have a laptop or home computer, or be willing to get one.
  • Must be a self-starter, accountable, goal-oriented, and willing to invest in yourself.
  • Must be positive.

Compensation

  • $100,000 at plan commission.
