Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager / Business Analyst. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between our customers and our organization, driving project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, facilitating communication, monitoring key milestones, identifying risks, and recommending actionable solutions. Additionally, you will perform business analysis to gather requirements, define business processes, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of multiple agent-powered modernization projects from discovery to deployment
  • Define detailed user stories, edge cases, and acceptance criteria consumable by automation agents
  • Analyze legacy systems, extract functional requirements, and translate them into modern product experiences
  • Monitor feature delivery velocity and remove blockers across multiple projects running in parallel
  • Validate completion, prepare demos, and manage stakeholder sign-off
  • Align expectations between client teams and Sembix's delivery model

Required Qualifications

  • Have 5+ years of experience as a PM, BA, Product Owner, and/or Delivery Lead in enterprise or modernization environments
  • Thrive under pressure, move fast, and demand excellence from yourself and your team
  • Are obsessed with clarity, successful outcomes, communication, and continuous progress
  • Capable of managing and participating in multiple projects running in parallel
  • Believe AI and automation are the future of delivery---and want to help define and lead that future

Preferred Skills

  • Have worked on fixed-price, outcome-based delivery models
  • Understand legacy modernization, cloud migration, or automation-based engineering
  • Have experience in regulated, data-intensive environments
  • AWS Associate or Professional Certification
  • Are familiar with backlog management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary: $90,000 -- $120,000 per year
  • Incentive Compensation: 20% tied to program milestones
  • Total Potential Annual Compensation: ~$108,000 -- $144,000
  • 401(k) Match: 100% match up to 4% of base
  • PTO & Holidays: PTO + 10 paid holidays
  • Work Remote: Work from anywhere---just deliver results
