🔥 What You'll Do

Events & Conferences

  • Own the event calendar, budget, and logistics (booth, travel, shipping, sponsorships).
  • Run our A+B = C formula end-to-end to hit a strong cost-per-acquisition at every event and refine the plan as you learn.
  • Attend SendJim conferences as needed and represent SendJim to prospective clients and partners.

Webinars

  • Plan, schedule, and run backend of webinars; drive registration and attendance; run nurture before and after; facilitate Q&A after webinar.
  • Work with Creative team to repurpose recordings into clips and emails.

Podcasts & Outreach

  • Build and work a target list of relevant podcasts and shows; pitch SendJim leaders as guests, book and prep them, and repurpose every appearance with content team.
  • Run proactive, PR-style outreach to get SendJim onto stages at conferences and webinars.

Measurement & Collaboration

  • Track sign-ups, CAC, and ROI by event and channel; report results and recommendations to the marketing team.
  • Partner with Business Development, Sales, and other Marketing team members to keep every event tied to pipeline.

Social & Content

  • Create and schedule social posts about SendJim events, webinars, and podcast appearances — plus other SendJim news and announcements.
  • Work with Creative to turn event and webinar moments into shareable social content.

🔧 What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Event & Project Management: Proven ability to run multiple events end-to-end — logistics, budgets, deadlines — without dropping a detail.
  • Ownership & Follow-Through: You own outcomes from start to finish, so leadership can just show up and present.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal skills; comfortable representing a brand in person, on webinars, and in outreach.
  • Outreach & Relationship Building: Confidence to pitch, book, and prep guests and partners - PR-style hustle to get SendJim noticed.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Ability to streamline communication and capture the customer pulse across departments to drive alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You manage calendars, vendors, and moving pieces with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Tech Comfort: Quick to learn new tools - webinar platforms, CRM, and event/registration software.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working with the Home Service Industry.
  • Experience running webinars.
  • Public Relations experience.
  • Social media content creation (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Existing relationships with industry podcasts, events, or media.

KPIs:

  • Customer Acquisition Cost for all paid events (conferences, webinars).
  • Podcast appearances/month.
