- Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives (email, push, SMS) from strategy to execution, focusing on engagement, habit formation, and churn reduction.
- Establish and manage an experimentation program, creating the infrastructure for rapid learning and improvement.
Team & Performance
- Define and monitor key growth KPIs, including CAC, Lifetime Value (LTV), payback period, activation rate, and retention curves.
- Lead a lean, high-output growth team comprising full-time employees, freelancers, and agency partners. Focus on effective hiring and team development.
- Collaborate with Finance on budget planning and channel-level Return on Investment (ROI) reporting.
- Provide insights into the consumer health market, including competitive landscapes, channel trends, and regulatory considerations, to the broader team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with a minimum of 4 years in consumer health, wellness, or a DTC subscription business.
- Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition budgets from $0 to multi-million dollar annual investments with measurable CAC/LTV results.
- Hands-on experience with paid social (Meta, TikTok), SEM, and lifecycle marketing tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable). Ability to conduct in-depth data analysis.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI as a growth multiplier across the marketing stack, including creative testing, copy optimization, analytics, and campaign management.
- Strong creative judgment, with the ability to evaluate creative, brief effectively, and drive metrics through creative strategies.
