- VP of Talent Acquisition
National Painting Group is growing and looking for a VP of Talent Acquisition to help build the leadership team that will take the company to the next level!
National Painting Group is a rapidly growing portfolio of painting companies committed to building industry-leading businesses through exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and a people-first culture. As the company continues its ambitious growth trajectory, they are looking for a VP of Talent Acquisition to build a world-class recruiting function that consistently attracts and hires exceptional leaders across the organization.
WHO THEY ARE:
National Painting Group is more than a portfolio of painting companies. They are building an organization designed for long-term growth by investing in exceptional people, proven systems, and strong leadership.
Over the next decade, National Painting Group plans to hire between 1,000 and 2,000 team members while continuing to expand its portfolio of companies and leadership team. Every great business starts with great people, and they believe hiring the right leaders is one of the most important investments they can make.
They move quickly, embrace innovation, and continually look for better ways to operate. Their leaders are empowered to build, improve, and take ownership rather than simply maintain what already exists.
This is a company where high performers have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping shape the future of the organization.
What Makes National Painting Group Unique:
National Painting Group isn't looking to build another recruiting department. They're building a long-term talent engine that becomes a competitive advantage for the entire organization.
The VP of Talent Acquisition won't simply fill open positions. They will build the systems, processes, and leadership needed to support the company's long-term growth while partnering directly with the CEO to shape the future leadership team.
As the organization grows, this leader will also develop recruiting frameworks that portfolio companies can use to consistently hire exceptional talent.
This is a rare opportunity to build a recruiting function from the ground up while helping shape one of the fastest-growing organizations in the industry.
More on all that later...
