Technology Specialist / AI Solutions

Summary Sevan is seeking a Technology Specialist AI Solutions to help support and advance our technology and AI initiatives across the organization This unique role offers the opportunity to join at the beginning of our AI journey while building a strong foundation in IT support and end user services This position will initially be a blend of approximately 50 Technology Support and 50 AI Solutions providing hands on technical support while helping identify develop and implement AI powered tools that improve productivity and solve business challenges Over time the role will evolve as our AI capabilities mature offering growth opportunities to become a key internal resource and subject matter expert in AI technologies Were looking for someone who is curious innovative enjoys learning new technologies and is excited about applying AI to real world business problems Essential Duties and Responsibilities Technology Support & Service Desk Provide technical support to end users for hardware software mobile devices and business applicationsManage and respond to support tickets in accordance with established service levelsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network related issuesInstall configure maintain and support endpoint devices and softwareSupport enterprise technology platforms and user access managementDocument issues resolutions and technical proceduresAssist with onboarding equipment deployment and technology trainingMonitor systems and identify opportunities to improve performance and user experienceDeliver exceptional customer service and technical support to employeesAI Solutions & Innovation Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate opportunities to improve business processes and operationsBuild and support AI powered assistants agents and automation solutionsLearn and implement Microsoft AI technologies including Copilot Studio and Azure AIDevelop automation solutions that eliminate repetitive workIntegrate AI solutions with existing systems and business applicationsExperiment with prompt engineering retrieval augmented generation RAG and AI workflowsImprove and document AI solutions based on user feedback maintain knowledge resources and share best practicesStay current on AI trends tools and emerging technologiesQualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science or a related field;
