We are looking for a Part-Time Mental Health Provider to join our world-class therapist team. You will work with our clinical and leadership team to deliver a high-quality care experience. Our ideal candidate is passionate about women's reproductive mental health, excited about working at an early-stage company, and motivated by the broad impact of their role.
What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy for women navigating their reproductive journeys.
- This is a part-time, exempt, salaried position.
Schedule Expectations
- Total calendar availability: 29 hours open per week.
- Actual patient sessions: Approximately 20-21 completed sessions per week, with at least 5 open slots after 4 pm.
- Availability: Standard business hours (8 am–8 pm) with at least 20% of appointments available after 4 pm on weekdays.
- Participate in individual and group clinical consultation and monthly team meetings.
- Deliver the Seven Starling Care Model using evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches).
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment.
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests.
Who You Are
- Independently licensed in VA (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist).
- Virginia license required; preference given to candidates holding at least two additional licenses.
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal, menopausal, or women's mental health.
- Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care.
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices.
- Commitment to a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning.
- Passion for our mission and eagerness to contribute to a growing, dynamic company.
- Multi-state license and PMH-C are a plus.
