About the Role

SHADOW is seeking a Senior Account Executive for its Beauty division. This managerial position requires 3-6 years of experience in communications campaign strategy and execution, with a proven ability to manage accounts. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a passion for the Beauty industry, and a deep understanding of SHADOW's clients in this sector.

What You Bring

  • Leadership and Positivity: Effectively communicate with teams, providing clear direction to ensure engagement, focus, and inspiration.
  • Strategic Thinking: Develop innovative, creative, and thoughtful client strategies.
  • Media Relationships: Possess deep and extensive connections across print, broadcast, and digital media, with the ability to leverage these relationships for actionable pitches.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Muckrack or Cision, and Fashion GPS.

What You Do

  • Account Management: Lead multiple accounts, proactively managing workload and client responsibilities. Supervise junior staff, ensuring accountability for output and performance across all accounts.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Account Supervisors to develop high-level client strategies (30, 60, 90-day, or annual plans) demonstrating industry insight and client goal alignment. Plans should include integrated, measurable PR initiatives with clear ROI potential.
  • Written Materials: Draft and oversee client written materials, including press releases, media alerts, media plans, proposals, and client communications.

Annual Compensation

$75K - $95K (commensurate with experience)
