Contract Senior Program Manager (Director Level)

MUST be able to work during Eastern Time, 100% Remote

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of multiple programs through the full project life cycle.
• Work across multiple functions and legal entities to structure and manage end-to-end project efforts through a deep understanding of requirements, technologies, cross-functional impact, and business strategy.
• Manage weekly status reporting, understand and maintain the program's RAID log, and run daily and/or weekly working groups to support successful program delivery.
• Provide appropriate information sharing and updates with senior management and other key stakeholders.
• Oversight of program and project-level resources, including those provided by 3rd-party providers.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of program management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering major initiatives at large and complex financial institutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience performing this across multiple functions.
• Solid knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools.
