Responsibilities
- Gather and document functional and technical requirements
- Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and use cases
- Configure and customize solutions within No-Code or Low-Code platforms
- Develop proof of concepts and MVPs
- Perform testing and validate functionalities
- Identify and resolve issues or bugs
- Integrate solutions with APIs and external systems
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations
- Provide support and training to users or clients
- Participate in agile ceremonies and project follow-ups
Requirements
- Experience implementing solutions on SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of business processes and functional analysis
- Experience working with No-Code or Low-Code tools
- Basic understanding of software architecture
- Knowledge of SQL and databases
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Intermediate to advanced English level
Nice to Have
- Experience implementing CRM or BPM solutions
- Knowledge of API integrations
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or similar languages
- Experience with automation tools
- Experience with AI platforms
