Chief Financial Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee the financial operations of the organization, including financial planning, budget management, and the preparation and analysis of financial statements. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, developing strategies for financial growth, and providing insights to support informed decision-making. The CFO will lead the finance team, coordinate financial activities, and collaborate with executive leadership to align organizational strategy with fiscal goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Financial Planning and strategic financial management
• Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Finance and Analytical Skills to assess financial risks and opportunities
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor finance teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with international financial regulations and standards is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA/CFA certification is an advantage)
• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role
