Role Overview
The NetSuite Implementation Program Manager is responsible for leading a large-scale, multi-division NetSuite deployment within a complex enterprise environment. This role owns the full program lifecycle, including planning, execution, integrations, process standardization, and stakeholder alignment. The position partners closely with executive leadership, IT, finance, and operations to ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation across multiple business units
- Own overall program scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery outcomes
- Manage internal teams and third-party implementation partners
- Ensure program execution aligns with strategic and operational objectives
ERP Implementation & Integrations
- Oversee NetSuite configuration, enhancements, and deployment activities
- Lead integrations with enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, payroll, and project management platforms
- Guide data migration, validation, and cutover planning activities
- Ensure system scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability
Process Standardization & Change Management
- Drive process standardization across divisions while accommodating critical business variations
- Partner with functional leaders to define future-state processes
- Lead change management efforts to support adoption and operational readiness
Governance, Risk & Communication
- Establish program governance structures, reporting cadence, and communication plans
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive timely resolution
- Provide clear, consistent status reporting to executive and senior stakeholders
Stakeholder Collaboration & Adoption
- Partner with executive leadership, finance, IT, and operations teams
- Ensure business readiness, user adoption, and value realization
- Act as the primary escalation point for program-level concerns
Required Qualifications
- 8 or more years of ERP implementation experience, including NetSuite at enterprise scale
- Proven experience leading multi-entity, multi-division ERP deployments
- Strong experience managing complex program timelines, budgets, and cross-functional resources
- Demonstrated expertise in integrations, data migration, and system deployment
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting construction, field services, or project-based industries
- Experience working in private equity-backed or high-growth environments
- Strong background in organizational change management
- Experience establishing ERP governance and operating models
