Required Skills

  • Creative Strategy & AI Workflow: You must have experience in both. If you don't like using AI and can't demonstrate how you use it in your actual workflow, please do not apply.
  • Paid Media Buying: 2+ years of experience with paid media buying for e-commerce on Meta (bonus points for TikTok or Google experience).
  • E-commerce Focus: Must have specific experience with e-commerce (not pharma, B2B, leads, or service-based businesses).

Note: This is not a social media coordinator position. This role focuses on creative strategy for paid ads across IG, FB, Google, and TikTok.

What You'll Be Doing

You will help e-commerce brands scale their revenue through creative strategy on Instagram and TikTok. You will:

  • Set up creative strategies, manage affiliate programs on TikTok Shop, and scale/optimize spend on Meta.
  • Automate repetitive workflows using AI.
  • Develop creative briefs and ensure creatives are produced for the correct stages of the customer journey.
  • Act as an "ad therapist," answering technical questions and guiding clients through the emotional ups and downs of scaling.

3-Month Expectations

  • Master the "Snappic" way of doing things.
  • Review 4-6 accounts per day.
  • Handle an average of 25 customer calls per week.
  • Manage customer emails and troubleshoot technical issues (pixel/catalog).

12-Month Expectations

  • Contribute to new optimizations and platform features.
  • Coordinate with engineers on feature implementation.
