Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing (Mobile) to lead our mobile acquisition efforts and drive significant user and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strong leader in mobile acquisition, leveraging solid experience in mobile performance marketing.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy targeting 150--300% user and revenue growth.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with data-driven, growth-focused teams (marketing, product, design, analytics, engineering) to enhance product features.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of 5+ specialists, ensuring operational and creative excellence.
- Drive market share growth through global expansion and support stable development in core markets.
- Oversee marketing budgets for core and emerging markets, creating high-impact campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role with ownership of a monthly marketing budget of $1M+.
- Demonstrated success in mobile app promotion across Tier 1 markets.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels (Google, Facebook, TikTok, CPA networks, etc.).
- Familiarity with leading global in-app partners and mobile advertising networks.
- A data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing and optimizing acquisition performance using key metrics (LTV, CPA, EROI).
- Practical experience with analytics platforms (AppsFlyer, Firebase, App Annie, etc.).
- Experience managing marketing for multiple apps/products concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English (B2+).
- Web2App experience is a plus.
