About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to the CEO for one of our investment products. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's daily activities, encompassing both professional and personal administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Your main tasks will include:
- Managing the CEO's calendars, including scheduling, prioritization, and conflict resolution.
- Preparing and coordinating meetings and follow-ups.
- Handling incoming communications, highlighting priorities, and tracking responses.
- Coordinating with external lawyers, consultants, and service providers.
- Managing documents, deadlines, and administrative processes.
- Handling personal administrative tasks and payments.
- Organizing travel and logistics.
- Supporting personal matters such as appointments, orders, and events.
- Taking ownership of routine tasks and resolving them independently.
Qualifications
We expect you to have:
- Fluency in Russian and English.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
- Proven experience supporting senior management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort in handling confidential information.
- A willingness to cover both business and personal tasks.
- A proactive, reliable, and service-oriented approach.
- Availability to work in a time zone close to Dubai or Cyprus.
