Tech Talent International (TTI) is hiring an Account Director - Microsoft Products & Services for a global IT transformation client based in the Atlanta, GA area. This is a full-time, remote position.

Role Overview

  • Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE ~$300k)
  • Location: Remote (Atlanta, GA)

What You'll Do

As an Account Director, you will own a dynamic portfolio of accounts, strategically engaging with clients on renewals, solution guidance, technology roadmaps, and digital strategies. You will be responsible for maximizing client business value and ensuring a high-quality experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Account Expansion

  • Develop and manage expansion revenue through cross-sell and upsell strategies.
  • Utilize whitespace analysis to map expansion plans.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams and manage CRM opportunities from development to close.

Deal Leadership

  • Manage complex, multi-product bids, including RFPs, SOWs, and proposal decks.
  • Lead engagement with key partners like Microsoft, AWS, and Oracle.
  • Develop pricing models and negotiate contracts.

Strategic Account Management

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts ($1M-$4M annual revenue).
  • Build deep relationships and develop long-term account plans.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and manage the full renewal lifecycle.
  • Proactively manage account health, risks, and project deliverables.

Advisory and Relationship Management

  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops with client executives.
  • Provide industry expertise and best practices.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and reference-ability.

Requirements

  • Strong background in selling Microsoft products and services.
  • 10+ years of client-facing experience.
  • Consultative advisory skill set with project and change management discipline.
  • Ability to work effectively at the Executive level.
  • Strong commercial, quantitative, and analytical skills.
  • Driven, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
