About the Role

Fast-paced virtual immigration law firm seeking a Remote Family Immigration Paralegal with prior experience. This position requires heavy, deadline-oriented communication with clients via phone, email, and Zoom.

Requirements

Must-Haves (in order of importance):

1. USCIS and Consular Practice Experience: Proficiency with forms such as I-130, I-485, I-864, I-134, I-765, I-131, I-129F, DS-160, DS-260.
2. Communication Skills: Proven experience with heavy email, phone, and Zoom communication, managing quick turn-arounds and deadlines.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer, typing, and software skills.
4. Language Skills: Ability to speak clearly in English. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
5. Writing Skills: Above-average writing skills and a detail-oriented approach.
6. Home Office Setup: A quiet room at home with space for dual monitors, a printer (all equipment provided), high-speed internet, and strong mobile phone connectivity.

Compensation & Benefits
