Solution IT Inc. is looking for an Oracle Change Management Lead for one of its clients.

NOTE: Travel: 25-40% to Frisco, TX & San Diego, CA

Required Skills

• 7+ years in Change Management for Oracle / ERP programs
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and communication
• Experience supporting Oracle implementations (Cloud or EBS)
• Ability to manage cross-functional and global teams

Nice to Have

• Experience in Aerospace industry
• Familiarity with AI-driven or digital transformation initiatives
• Certification in change frameworks (Prosci, etc.)

Work Site

Remote + 25-40% Travel To Frisco, TX & San Diego, CA
