SONELA Beauty is a fast-growing luxury beauty brand looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Full-Time Remote Social Media Manager to lead our Instagram and TikTok growth.
We're looking for someone who understands social media inside and out---someone who knows how to grow accounts organically, increase engagement, create viral momentum, and turn great content into a thriving community.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SONELA's Instagram and TikTok accounts daily.
- Edit and optimize short-form videos using CapCut or similar editing software.
- Publish content at optimal times for maximum reach and engagement.
- Stay ahead of the latest Instagram and TikTok trends, sounds, features, and algorithm updates.
- Write compelling captions and select effective hashtags.
- Reply to comments and messages to build an engaged community.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and organic growth.
- Monitor competitors and identify trending content opportunities.
- Track performance using analytics and provide weekly reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to plan and execute a consistent content calendar.
- Continuously test new content formats and strategies to improve performance.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing and growing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
- Demonstrated success growing social media accounts organically.
- Expert knowledge of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Experience working with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is highly preferred.
