A mission-driven education organisation is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead sourcing and early-stage recruitment for corporate and regional support functions including HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, and Operations.

This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in proactive sourcing, pipeline building, and candidate engagement --- especially when identifying high-quality passive talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage talent pipelines for corporate and regional hiring needs
• Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate fit
• Partner closely with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring strategy
• Track recruitment activity and maintain pipeline visibility across multiple vacancies
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process

What We're Looking For

• 2 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing and screening experience across professional/corporate roles
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience within education, non-profit, or mission-driven organisations is advantageous
