This role sits at the intersection of consulting and engineering, driving real-world impact through applied artificial intelligence.

About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on and technically strong AI Solutions Architect to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions across client engagements. This is a builder role where you will work across the full lifecycle---from discovery to production---creating scalable systems, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and data integrations. The ideal candidate is analytical, execution-focused, and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures for client engagements.
• Build and implement RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems.
• Architect data pipelines and integrate AI solutions with client systems and data sources.
• Work with integration standards (e.g., MCP) to connect AI systems with enterprise tools.
• Develop reusable components and scalable frameworks across projects.
• Translate business problems into technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support internal AI product development initiatives.
• Present technical solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Participate in discovery sessions to identify high-impact AI use cases.

Requirements:

• 3--5 years of professional experience with strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: LLM-based applications, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, or vector databases.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt in fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication skills, with experience working across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to independently scope, design, and deliver solutions.
• Strong execution mindset focused on building and iterating.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in consulting or client-facing technical roles.
• Background in data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, or analytics platforms.
• Programming experience (Python or similar).
• Experience working with cloud-based AI services.

What Success Looks Like:

• 30 days: Become familiar with internal tools, architecture, and ongoing projects; contribute to initial builds.
• 90 days: Independently design and deliver AI solutions for client engagements.
• 6 months: Lead technical delivery, mentor team members, and contribute to AI solution strategy.
