About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused, and operationally driven E-commerce Operations Lead to act as the operational backbone across multiple rapidly scaling brands. This is not a traditional operations role focused only on maintenance or coordination—it is a high-impact leadership position centered around execution, accountability, and cross-functional integration.
You will work directly with the Founder to ensure ideas, priorities, and initiatives move from concept to completion without delays, misalignment, or operational friction. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-changing environments, knows how to create structure out of chaos, and takes ownership of execution across teams and departments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, driving accountability, managing multiple moving parts simultaneously, and operating as a true founder force multiplier.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational partner to the Founder, translating ideas and priorities into actionable execution plans
- Manage and maintain the master execution tracker across multiple brands and departments
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows across operations, PPC, creative, catalog, fulfillment, and product launch teams
- Run daily and weekly execution syncs to identify priorities, blockers, and next steps
- Ensure all projects have clear owners, deadlines, and definitions of done
- Follow up consistently across teams to ensure timely completion of initiatives
- Build and optimize SOPs for operational workflows, product launches, reporting, catalog management, and fulfillment processes
- Own and manage project management systems such as ClickUp, Monday.com, or Asana
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable operational improvements, automations, and systems
- Provide structured daily and weekly executive summaries and operational reports
- Manage and prioritize the company's operational backlog and ongoing initiatives
- Support team accountability while maintaining a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
- Reduce operational burden on leadership by proactively solving problems and driving projects forward
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in operations leadership, business operations, integrator, Chief of Staff, or similar execution-focused roles
- Direct experience working with eCommerce businesses across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or other multi-channel environments
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and how execution impacts revenue and business performance
- Proven experience building and managing project management systems and operational processes
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
- Strong ability to drive accountability, manage priorities, and close operational loops independently
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with strong presence in video calls and meetings
- Ability to work autonomously, solve problems proactively, and operate with minimal oversight
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar productivity tools
- Proficiency with operational and collaboration platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working in highly dynamic environments with rapidly shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent operational leadership experience
- Experience working directly with founders in high-growth startup environments
- Exposure to Amazon Seller Central operations and PPC coordination
- Experience with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or marketplace expansion initiatives
- Experience building automation systems, reporting workflows, or operational dashboards
- Remote team coordination experience across multiple time zones
- Background in scaling operational infrastructure for e-commerce or DTC brands
