Role Overview

This role is for individuals who want autonomy in their schedule while representing impactful personal development and leadership education. If you are someone who desires travel, the flexibility to work remotely so you can spend more time with family, and the desire to live a life you are passionate about, this is a wonderful opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Place simple ads and follow up with leads
• Use the company CRM system to track and manage your pipeline
• Utilize our proven system to engage with leads
• Participate in ongoing training and company calls
• Maintain consistency and professionalism while working autonomously

Requirements

Must Have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and consistent work ethic (10--15 hours per week)
• Coachable mindset and willingness to follow a proven system
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
• Interest in personal development, growth, and transformation
• At least 8 years of work experience
• Must be based in the United States or Canada

Nice to Have:

• Experience in business
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
• Interest in and desire to travel (optional)
