Overview
Highly strategic, executive-level execution role within the Community Blueprint team. You will drive high-impact, data-led transformation programs designed to close user experience gaps and elevate host and guest satisfaction globally.
Key Details
- Location: Fully Remote.
- Schedule: 40 hours/week (PST hours required).
- Duration: 4-month assignment.
- Core Focus: Cross-functional governance, executive stakeholder alignment, and data-driven process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Run high-visibility, complex transformation initiatives in fast-moving and highly ambiguous environments.
- Executive Alignment: Partner directly with executive leadership to secure alignment, manage risks, and share rigorous progress metrics.
- Central Tracking: Own, build, and continually refine the master program plan, schedules, and documentation architecture.
- Data Integration: Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to turn complex technical insights into clear operational strategies.
- Change Management: Succinctly communicate program goals across the broader organization to scale best practices and drive process maturity.
- Governance: Maintain high execution standards, ensuring all workstreams mitigate risk and support corporate integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 12 years of progressive program management experience, specifically leading data-led organizational transformations.
- Tool Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Airtable and Google Workspace, with a reputation for immaculate documentation and tracking.
- Data Literacy: Comfort navigating complex technical frameworks and partnering closely with data/engineering teams.
- Stakeholder Influence: Proven track record of building trust and influencing senior or matrixed leaders without direct authority.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to tailor highly complex messaging into clear, impactful narratives that match the client's brand voice.
