About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Coordinator to support our People team on a short-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional looking to gain hands-on experience across a variety of HR projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Whether you're pursuing an HR certification, recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or looking to expand your HR experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Head of People, you will help manage and execute a variety of HR administrative and project-based initiatives, including:
- Supporting employee engagement surveys, including administration, tracking, and follow-up activities
- Assisting with tax, compliance, and employee record updates related to organizational changes
- Maintaining and updating organizational charts and employee data
- Uploading and organizing employee documents, records, and photos within the HRIS
- Coordinating performance review cycles, documentation, and related administrative tasks
- Assisting with HR data audits and ensuring employee records remain accurate and up to date
- Supporting additional HR projects and administrative initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Currently pursuing or interested in obtaining an HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, CHRP)
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous internship, administrative, or HR support experience
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Rippling, HiBob, Workday, or similar systems
