About the Role
We're looking for an Operations Associate to be the operational right hand to the CEO. This is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, takes ownership, and wants to grow into a senior operator over time. You'll sit at the intersection of project management, marketing execution, and executive support.
What You'll Do
Project Management & Coordination
- Own the organization of notes, documents, and deliverables across Google Workspace.
- Keep the executive team on track with schedules, follow-ups, and priorities.
- Manage reporting and communication across global partner channels.
- Coordinate between the CEO, CTO, and sales/channel partners.
Marketing & Sales Support
- Own Canva: build and refresh pitch decks, partner presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Manage HubSpot campaigns: schedule and send marketing emails, track top-of-funnel activities.
- Support light-touch sales operations.
- Work with the CEO to prepare materials for investor conversations and prospect pitches.
Budget & Expense Tracking
- Track events, costs, and expenses in an organized format.
- Work with the CEO and company incubator to ensure forecasting and budgeting information is current.
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar and inbox, flagging priority items.
- Handle ad hoc requests to help the CEO stay focused on high-leverage work.
What We're Looking For
- Canva proficiency is a must.
- Strong command of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail).
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn HubSpot.
- Project management mindset and startup-ready attitude.
- Strong communicator.
- Growth-oriented: desire to grow into a Chief of Staff type role.
- 2 years of experience in an operations, executive assistant, or marketing support role.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with sales operations or CRM tools.
- Background in marketing, communications, or business operations.
- Experience supporting a CEO or founder directly.
Schedule & Location
This is a fully remote role. We're looking for someone who can work standard US Central hours to stay in sync with the Austin-based executive team.
