Your contributions will directly impact the team's deliverables and the seller experience.

What You'll Do

  • Address high-impact data challenges to support revenue growth and business scaling.
  • Develop and manage dbt models and BigQuery pipelines for team tools and seller reporting.
  • Oversee pipeline health, proactively identify issues, and collaborate with data engineering and Insights teams to resolve upstream problems.
  • Design and build dashboards and reports for sales teams, translating business requirements into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and leadership to define needs, scope solutions, and provide data for prioritization and decision-making.
  • Enhance data utilization in the sales process by identifying signals that help teams focus, personalize outreach, and close deals.
  • Maintain and expand pipelines for processing unstructured data using LLMs, ensuring reliable, validated, and usable outputs in BigQuery.

Who You Are

  • Possess 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI engineering, or data/reporting roles, preferably supporting go-to-market, growth, or sales teams.
  • Proficient in SQL and BigQuery, with a focus on building reliable and maintainable solutions.
  • Experienced with dbt, including extending and maintaining models within an existing DAG.
  • Enjoys building consistent systems for teams and values operational reliability.
  • Skilled in clear communication and partnering with non-technical stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions.
  • Adept at translating business questions into structured data outputs and reports.
  • Curious about applying AI in data workflows, including experience with or interest in LLM-driven pipelines.

Where You'll Be

  • This role is ideally based in New York City.
  • We offer flexibility in your work location, with some in-person meetings required.
  • The team operates within the EST time zone for collaborative purposes.
