This includes managing appointment scheduling, technician dispatch, parts sourcing and ordering, and ensuring clear, proactive communication with both customers and service professionals for a seamless, high-quality repair process.

In this role, you will be responsible for the definition, delivery, and lifecycle management of your product, ensuring all efforts align with measurable business outcomes.

This position acts as a vital link between operations, customer experience, and technology. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts across the business to gain a deep understanding of challenges, validate assumptions through product discovery, and translate insights into actionable priorities. Beyond discovery, you will partner with engineering and global product teams to drive solutioning and innovate the customer experience. In this high-impact role, you will define desired outcomes, empower teams to deliver best-in-class customer and customer service agent experiences, and significantly contribute to overall business success through innovative, outcome-based delivery.

  • Excel at influencing stakeholders and driving consensus through transparent communication and strong relationship management.
  • Are metrics-driven, utilizing KPIs, customer feedback, and data insights to inform backlog prioritization and product strategy.
  • Engage in discovery and test-and-learn activities to validate assumptions and guide product direction.
  • Can decompose complex problems into manageable stories and create/prioritize a clear backlog for the product team.
  • Effectively manage the product vision and roadmap, providing timely feedback on development iterations.
  • Are proactive in anticipating challenges and identifying opportunities to deliver value.
  • Are flexible and adaptable, navigating ambiguity within your product and across the organization while maintaining a focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience as a product manager in a technology development environment.
  • Proven experience driving measurable business or product outcomes and breaking down work into iterative, incremental delivery.
  • BA/BS Degree.

Nice to Have:
