Role Overview
- Location: New York, NY or Kansas City, MO | Hybrid
- Team: Distribution Solutions
We are seeking a professional to join our rapidly growing Distribution Solutions business. In this highly visible role, you will interact with clients and prospects, manage the product roadmap, and lead AI initiatives related to the Alts data set. You will be responsible for the WalletShare for Alternatives product, including its user interface, and will coordinate with product and relationship managers to capture feedback and manage the sprint process.
What You Will Do
- Product Management: Manage WalletShare for Alternatives data and UI, develop requirements, and lead the sprint process with technical partners.
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical and strategic roadmap to help asset managers identify opportunities and meet strategic goals.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Provide demos, gather feedback, and assist with onboarding and training.
- Account Planning & Coordination: Align internal resources (Product Development, SMEs, Support) to maximize client value and "stickiness."
- Training & Onboarding: Partner with the Client Relationship team to ensure successful product adoption, develop training materials, and track usage analytics.
What You Will Bring
- 5-10 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's Degree (Economics or Finance preferred).
- Strong focus, decision-making skills, and ability to manage multiple client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-directed, resourceful, and a "go-getter" mentality.
- Experience in the financial services industry (5+ years).
- Experience in a customer service or training capacity (5+ years).
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
