Our global solutions team is seeking a Project Manager / Program Coordinator to support a highly strategic enterprise transformation program within one of the world's leading media and entertainment organizations. This project will operate at the center of a complex portfolio of interconnected initiatives focused on licensing operations, rights management, product hierarchy modernization, workflow automation, and CRM transformation. Working directly with program leadership, you will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage dependencies, track delivery milestones, and help ensure alignment across business, technology, and operational stakeholders. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organized project professional who excels at bringing structure to ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and driving execution across large-scale enterprise programs.

This job must be worked in the PST time-zone and can be performed remotely, or onsite the greater Los Angeles campus location. We are setting up interviews immediately and look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans across multiple initiatives within the Business workstream
  • Identify, document, and manage cross-project dependencies and delivery risks
  • Coordinate Salesforce-related initiatives and downstream system integration efforts
  • Support Phase 2 planning activities while Phase 1 deployments remain active
  • Facilitate communication across business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource dependencies
  • Coordinate incorporation of Item Hierarchy, Client Tracker, Guidelines, and AI-related initiatives
  • Lead status meetings, working sessions, and project governance activities
  • Create executive reporting, project dashboards, and progress updates
  • Monitor risks, issues, assumptions, and decision logs
  • Assist leadership with prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution tracking
  • Ensure alignment between program objectives and delivery activities

Required Experience

  • 5 years of Project Management, Program Coordination, or PMO experience
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives within enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystems and CRM-related programs
  • Experience supporting system integration projects
  • Strong project planning and dependency management skills
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams
  • Demonstrated risk and issue management experience
  • Experience creating project schedules, status reports, and executive communications
  • Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities
  • Ability to manage ambiguity within large transformation initiatives
  • Experience facilitating meetings and driving action item accountability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification
  • Media and entertainment industry experience
  • CRM transformation program experience
  • Salesforce implementation or enhancement experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise change management initiatives
  • Exposure to AI-enabled business transformation programs

Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $55.00 - $70.00 / per hour depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
