Lead the operations behind data that improves lives. We are seeking an operational leader to manage the daily operations of our Data Office, overseeing analytics, reporting services, and data governance to support better outcomes for Oregonians.
Summary of Duties
As the Data Operations Manager, you will provide operational leadership for the ODHS Data Office by managing the delivery of enterprise analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and data services. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising multiple teams.
- Establishing operational priorities and service standards.
- Overseeing workload planning.
- Ensuring data products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with agency governance and strategic priorities.
- Translating enterprise data governance into operational practice.
- Fostering collaboration across programs and cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, equity, and customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
- Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience; OR three years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
