Job Details

  • Location: 100 Park Avenue, Florham Park, NJ 07932
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid: 3 Days On-Site / 2 Days WFH
  • Shift Timings: M-F; 8:00 AM to 05:30 PM; 1 Hour Lunch

Description

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Associate's Degree, preferably in Business or Finance.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in SAP & Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, investigate, and reconcile customer payment differences.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all Financial Audits and maintain email queue rules and telephone recordings.
  • Perform root cause analysis to determine failure modes associated with discrepancies and liaise with appropriate parties to ensure failure mode controls are coordinated and prioritized.
  • Interface with customers, Customer Experience Specialists, and business personnel to develop controls to prevent payment errors.
  • Provide cross-functional communication with the Credit Department or other business partners as needed.
  • Support tax exemption compliance for the Customer Experience Team and business units.
  • Identify and resolve non-compliance issues with CCASs and customers.
  • Interface with Customer master data and maintain workflow in matrices in SAP, ensuring accurate SAP data maintenance and conducting gap analysis.
  • Submit requests on behalf of the Customer Experience Team to the Customer Master Data Team.
  • Collect missing tax-exempt certificates from customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distributor CUPS and Rebates.
  • Manage consignment reconciliation and reporting.
  • Prioritize and submit new and change requests through the appropriate submission tool (PASTIS Web, Master Data Governance, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships and support the order-to-cash process.
  • Act as a team player and provide coverage support for the Customer Experience Team.
  • Drive continuous improvement measures and automate processes using BOTs.
  • Be a champion for continuous improvement and a flexible resource within the Customer Experience Team.
