Qualifications

  • Must be an independent worker.
  • Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
  • SAP experience is a plus.

Education

  • High School Diploma.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of administrative and/or logistics experience.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to read and interpret company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in SAP platforms (procurement and logistics functions) and Lotus Notes.
  • Strong data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

The incumbent will provide administrative and clerical support to meet team objectives, including:

  • Managing import inbounds, including container tracking, confirmation of delivery, and diversions.
  • Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Planners to ensure documentation and materials are up to date.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support, including generating reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • Conduct inventory reviews and reconciliation.
  • Manage inbound container tracking.
  • Multi-task and respond to evolving priorities relating to supply chain and logistics.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
