ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform
• Implement and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, bugs, and performance concerns
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and platform maintenance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and platform governance
• Maintain technical documentation and development artifacts
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities

Required Qualifications

• Must be currently residing in the United States
• Valid U.S. work authorization (citizen, permanent resident, or authorized work permit holder)
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and scripting (JavaScript, Glide)
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP integrations
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer)
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with cloud environments and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with UI/UX customization within ServiceNow

Work Environment

• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options
• Must be available to work within U.S. business hours
• Occasional collaboration across time zones may be required
