About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and clinically strong Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting associate therapists, fostering clinical growth, and contributing to high-quality patient care in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision to associate therapists
  • Support case consultation and clinical decision-making
  • Attend and participate in treatment team meetings
  • Ensure ethical, professional, and quality clinical standards are maintained
  • Offer guidance, mentorship, and support to developing clinicians
  • Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary team members as needed

Qualifications

  • Active California licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW
  • Must be eligible to supervise associate therapists in California
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Experience working in mental health treatment settings preferred
  • Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and engaged with the team

Position Details

  • Remote position - California
  • Part-time: approximately 5--10 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Hourly compensation: $50--$65/hour depending on experience
