AWS File cloud Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and skilled AWS File cloud Administrator to serve as the primary administrator for a critical enterprise cloud environment. In this role, you will oversee essential platforms, manage cloud-based systems, and provide comprehensive technical support to ensure seamless operations and user experiences.

Location and Work Arrangement

• Location: Des Moines, IA (Fully Remote)
• Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (EST Shift)

Key Responsibilities & Core Skills Required

To be considered for this role, your background must clearly demonstrate the following experience:

• FileCloud Administration (8+ Years Required): Extensive experience managing FileCloud platforms, including staff onboarding, user provisioning, data migration, and Tier 3 technical support.
• AWS & VDI Management (5+ Years Required): Solid track record of configuring and managing AWS cloud infrastructure, specifically for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and core business applications.
• Systems & Security Expertise (5+ Years Required): Deep technical knowledge of infrastructure components (Network, Storage, Windows/Linux environments, CLI, and VM infrastructure) alongside advanced systems security methods.
• Production Operations (5+ Years Required): Proven ability to independently handle on-call shifts, nightly/weekend patching, system upgrades, and complex environment troubleshooting.
