Business Systems analyst

Location & Work Arrangement

• Location: Lansing, MI (430 West Allegan Street) Must live within 1 hour of Lansing at the time of application.
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid.
  • Month 1: 5 days/week on-site for onboarding.
  • Month 2 onwards: 2 days/week on-site (Tuesdays & Wednesdays are mandatory, 8 hours/day). No fully remote option.

Interview Process

• In-Person Only: Candidates MUST be available for a face-to-face, on-site interview.

Important Skills & Core Focus

To be successful, your experience must be within the last 5 years and focus on these 3 main pillars:

• Dual BA/QA Expertise (3 Years): You must have strong experience in both gathering/documenting clear business requirements and writing/executing detailed test plans and test cases.
• Azure DevOps Ecosystem (3 Years): Heavy, hands-on experience managing project lifecycles, creating epics/features/user stories, and serving as a ScrumMaster. (Jira experience is also acceptable).
• Process Mapping & Roadmaps (3 Years): Proven ability to create As-Is/To-Be process flows, build product roadmaps, and utilize tools like Figma or Visio.
